NHS Living Well Physical Activity Tools - This site which has a range of tools that you can use to check your fitness and whether you are a healthy weight. Also there are tips on getting fit for free, including podcasts, home workouts, green gyms and how to get free equipment

Change4Life - This includes an employees toolkit with downloadable posters, tops tips on physical activity and healthy eating, including taking the stairs poster and hop off the bus early
