Saturday 14 August
No Walk in the Park 5k, Queen's Park, Chesterfield. Every month North Derbyshire Running Club organises a 5k challenge around a measured course in Queen's Park, Chesterfield. The "No Walk in the Park" event (and 1500m Fun Run for kids) is organised in the combined interests of developing local talent (through friendly competition) and attracting new runners and joggers to the sport. The Club donate funds raised to various named charities.
Everyone from our Jog Derbyshire jog groups is encouraged (and very welcome!) to take part - great training for our Jog Derbyshire 5k in September!
The 5k race starts at 09:00. You can enter and register on the morning from 08:15 or download an entry form (and bring it along with you) from the Club website www.ndrc.co.uk
