Jogging groups can be set up anywhere – from sports clubs to community centres and schools to village halls.
Ideally they would be supported by a local partner organisation such as local authorities, community or charity groups, sports clubs, workplaces or community health initiatives – but don’t worry if you’re setting up on your own. The Jog Derbyshire team can help.
There are several ways for Jog Leaders to run a group:
- As a hosted volunteer.
- As an independant volunteer.
- As an employee.
- As a freelance or self-employed Leader.
- Or as a workplace Leader.
