Race for Life 5ks and 10ks in 2012

Race for Life is Cancer Research UK’s flagship event, with over 240 events taking place across the UK.

Race for Life events are not competitive, so you can walk, run or jog the course at your own pace. Those who jog or run often complete the 5k course in about 30 – 45 minutes and walkers take about an hour. There is no pressure to finish in a certain time. People will cheer you on all the way and you will feel amazing at the end, knowing that you have made a difference in the fight to beat cancer.
