Now that we've got your interest and the spring sun is shining (well shining in between the rain showers!) we hope to tempt you a little bit further and encourage you to join in our county-wide jogging network.

Our Jog Derbyshire website has all the information you need if you’re just starting out as a runner.  It also has a ‘local search’ tool, which will locate all the Jog Derbyshire jogging groups near you – whether that be at home or work – and will contain all information about how you can join in the fun. 

For those of you who already run regularly, why not check out our Jog Leader pages?  These contain information about setting up your own jogging groups and becoming a Jog Leader.  This is a great way to encourage other people to join you and become more active themselves.
