Local, fun & sociable, leader-led walking, jogging & running groups.
Our network of jogging groups, based all over Derbyshire, can help you get fitter & be more active by starting to jog regularly. Qualified Jog Derbyshire Leaders guide beginners & returning runners through specially designed, gentle walking & jogging programmes. Have fun & make new friends with people of similar fitness levels.
We are launching a brand new, friendly, non-competitive social media campaign called #MyChallenge to help people take the first steps to getting more active.
The idea is simple – post our #MyChallenge e-cards on facebook or twitter, adding a fun, achievable goal for a friend to aim for. We'll share your success stories to inspire others. (Download cards >)
We have nearly 80 groups throughout Derbyshire who have helped thousands of people start jogging or return to running.
New groups are starting every month. To find out more please use our online group search.
