Our network of jogging groups, based all over Derbyshire, can help you get fitter & be more active by starting to jog regularly. Qualified Jog Derbyshire Leaders guide beginners & returning runners through specially designed, gentle walking & jogging programmes. Have fun & make new friends with people of similar fitness levels.
More than 100 new joggers have just completed our 8 week ‘First Steps to Fitness’ special training programme as part of our Jog Into January campaign.

Jog Derbyshire ‘Bring your Buggy’ groups are new for 2013 and offer mums, dads and carers the chance to join a safe, fun and exhilarating outdoor running group where you can bring your little one with you in a buggy.
Love your running? Could you inspire new beginners? You may be just the person to lead a Jog Derbyshire group! Anyone can become a Jog Derbyshire Leader. If you are enthusiastic, supportive of beginners, have some running experience and a bit of free time, and are willing to complete a one-day course, then why not give it a go?
Derbyshire Dynamos is a club run by Jog Leaders and our group joggers. It's an optional ‘next step’ for those who wish to be more competitive, enter races and enjoy some of the benefits offered by other running clubs.
