Why Cycle?
You don't have to be super-fit to enjoy cycling, and it's good for you!
Any type of regular exercise gives you some health benefits but cycling is particularly good because fewer injuries occur as a result of it.

- It doubles as transport, so it could save you money as well!
The current recommendation for physical activity is just 30 minutes a day 5 times a week of moderate activity. Cycling is a perfect way to get your 30 minutes a day!. That's all it takes to feel the difference. Remember to start off slowly and build up.
Start by building up slowly and plan short routes on quiet roads or try the vast array of cycle networks across Derbyshire.
