A group of women in Chapel-en-le-Frith have just completed the WaistWise Programme and taken part in activities including aerobics, circuit training, walking and nordic walking. Giving all of the ladies a great workout whilst having lots of fun!
The group have been successful in their personal goals from losing weight, feeling fitter and generally feeling improvements all round

Waistwise is a free weight management course for men or women who want to reduce weight and get healthy.

The first ever Jog Derbyshire 5k is to be held at Shipley Country Park later this year.

The race will take place on Sunday, September 5, and is being organised by Jog Derbyshire which runs a network of community-based jogging groups for beginners around the county.
The 5k will be an ideal first race for anyone who is new to running, and is being supported by Tom Glick, Derby County president and chief executive.
